TK Partners annual global summit brings together attorneys from all over the world to connect, network and meet new colleagues across all different departments in order to refer business within the company. 

Business Challenge

Connecting attorneys to others within TK driving mutually beneficial business referrals. TK needed to facilitate these connections between their employees to easily close the gap of communication between attorneys within different industries and fields. 

Proxfinity Activation

TK and Proxfinity developed a 4 question survey for participants to take before arriving in Vegas. The first two questions facilitated complimentary matching between participants. ‘What is your expertise?’ and  ‘What expertise are your clients looking for that is not your own?’ These two questions were simple, yet effective in matching attorneys who needed each others expertise. The last two questions were fun questions to inspire light conversation about personal interests, which built stronger relationships between the participants. 

Results, Proxfinity Performance

Initial insights: With just 3 days of use, participants made:

  • 10,000+ total connections

  • 3,500+ cross-sell opportunity connections

  • 12+ connections/ participant

  • 288%+ more connectivity than if TK had not used the platform
